    Andrew Schwaitzberg
    Vice President of Energy Transition and Corporate Development at Quanta Services

    Andrew Schwaitzberg is a Senior Vice President at Quanta Services, Inc. (Quanta). In this role he is responsible for corporate development, government affairs, emerging technology for electrification and decarbonization, as well as other strategic efforts across the Quanta enterprise.

    Prior to Quanta, Andrew was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the Electric Power & Natural Gas practice and launched the Grid of the Future service line. He also worked in London as a renewables developer, where he commercialised projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

    Andrew is a CFA charter holder. He received undergraduate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was selected as a George F. Baker Scholar.

    Swapnil Shah is a Partner at Energy Impact Partners (EIP) focusing on Portfolio Value Creation.

    As a seasoned operating executive, passionate about launching and scaling new ventures, Swap has founded three enterprise software companies, evaluates and advises companies as a PE/VC operating advisor, and is dedicated to working on climate technologies and the energy transition.

    Most recently Swap was the founder and CEO of FirstFuel Software, an industry leader in customer intelligence for utilities, delivering solutions to 40 of the world’s largest electric and gas utilities. FirstFuel was acquired in a private equity led rollup to form Uplight. Prior to FirstFuel, Swap founded and led two data center automation software companies that were acquired by Oracle and Inktomi. Swap served as a growth advisor and board member of Resource Innovations (acquired by Morgan Stanley Capital) and currently serves on the boards of GridX, Urbint, Innowatts and the Northeast Clean Energy Council.

    • Chantale has more than 25 years of experience investing in and managing infrastructure assets globally, with a particular focus on energy, utilities, transportation, and renewable power.
    • Earlier in her career, she spent more than two decades at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where she held several senior leadership roles and helped build one of the world’s largest infrastructure investment platforms, with investments spanning electricity transmission and distribution, renewable energy, natural gas, and other critical energy infrastructure assets.
    • She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montréal and serves on the boards of several infrastructure and industrial companies.
